The partnership was struck 20 months ago to deliver nearly 1,000 homes in Greater Manchester.

This spans five former brownfield sites across the city region in Salford, Ardwick, Middleton, Bury and Gorton.

Four of the five sites have already broken ground with the fifth due to start in July, with all units to be marketed under Sigma’s SimpleLife portfolio.
